We use a functional testing method that examines the entire equipment and is able to detect hidden, complex defects.

We are also available for emergency industrial electronics repairs! Emergency repair and spare parts procurement are possible, typically with a 20% surcharge, and a deadline of 48-72 hours + shipping time. If, after starting the repair process, the emergency repair service cannot be provided as promised and can only be completed within the normal time limit, only the standard repair list price will be charged and the additional emergency charge not.

Send us your defective electronic device or instrument. We immediately assign a unique job number to your device and register it in the CRM IT system when it arrives. Then we perform the inspection and fault diagnosis, and contact you via email within 48 hours.
